The white enamel dial signed Julien Béliard A Paris, with pierced gilt hands. The twin spring driven barrel movement rack striking the hour/half hour on a bell, back plate numbered ‘18899’, makers stamp of a ship and initials ‘JLF’ & ‘EMS’.
