Antique Empire Revival Austrian Table Lamp

An Empire Revival Austrian ormolu mounted bronze patinated four light table lamp. In the Empire style, the four candle arms with central wired stem, issuing from a tapering column with berried leaf spiral decoration. The cylinder base with ormolu swags and a square plinth base and squat feet. The back stamped ‘Made in Austria’. Original patination. Rewired.

Antique George V Ormolu Mounted Marble Table Lamp

A fine quality George V ormolu mounted marble table lamp. The Breche Violet turned body mounted with rams heads to the sides, an acanthus cast collar above with bayonet fitting, the base with tapering socle and laurel wreath band standing on a square marble plinth base. Rewired. Original gilding.

Antique French Onyx Champleve & Ormolu Table Lamp

A late 19th century, French, champlevé and onyx table lamp. Formed as a champlevé mounted corinthian column with gilt capital, retaining the original cranberry glass reservoir and fitments above a stepped square plinth base. Sympathetically converted to electricity. Rewired and PAT tested. Regilded.

Antique Edwardian Table Lamp

A substantial Edwardian bronze, ormolu & marble table lamp. Of neoclassical form, the single bayonet fitting above a bronze triform stand with guilloche band headed with rams heads issuing garrya husk swags, standing on a moulded stepped marble plinth base. Regilded. Rewired.

Antique Ormolu Candlestick Lamp after J D Dugourc

After Jean-Demosthène Dugourc (1749-1825)
A fine quality late 19th century, French, ormolu candlestick lamp. The gadrooned lion-mask sconce above a stem of floral draped female terms, on acanthus foliate-wrapped circular spreading base with bead border. Fine original gilding. Rewired.
With their triple female caryatid shaft swagged with floral garlands, laurel collar and domed, acanthus-cast plinth, these candlesticks are based on a design attributed to Jean-Demosthène Dugourc (1749-1825) in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris.

A late 19th century, French, green onyx and ormolu mounted table lamp. Formed as a tapering column with gilt capital, above a stepped square plinth base raised on acanthus scroll pierced bracket feet. Converted from an oil lamp, regilded & professionally rewired.

William IV Bronze Ormolu Table Lamp

An impressive William IV bronze and ormolu mounted Oil lamp now covered to electricity. The original green glass reservoir, finely gilded with foliage, above a reeded column with acanthus mounts, standing on a stepped square plinth base and paw feet. Professionally rewired and regilded.

Antique Regency William Bullock Bronze Lamp

William Bullock & Henry Greene

A fine Regency bronze lamp attributed to William Bullock, probably cast by Henry Greene. The reeded and acanthus cast stem with spreading triform base, each side centred by a mask, standing on scroll claw feet. Now fitted for electricity. PAT tested.
