A pair of late 19th century, French, onyx & ormolu mounted cassolettes in the Louis XVI style. The removable lids concealing a single candle sconce, above an ovoid body hung with floral swags and supported by rams heads and triform base standing on a circular plinth with beaded rim. Retaining the original gilding.
