Antique French Table Ambulante with Marble Top

A late 19th century, French, mahogany, rosewood & satinwood table ambulanté in the Louis XV style. The circular marble top with gilt border above a parquetry frieze with single  oak lined drawer, supported by four cabriole legs ending in sabots. The lower shaped platform radially veneered. Mounts regilded. The style and construction would indicate one of the top Parisian makers such as Francois Linke (1855-1946).
