A late 19th century, French, kingwood, marquetry inlaid and ormolu mounted guéridon. The circular top with elaborate end cut marquetry and gilt rim, above a shaped frieze with four slender cabriole legs ending in gilt sabots and united by wavy stretcher with vigorous floral device at the centre. The whole adorned with finely chased and gilded metal mounts.
