Antique 19th Century Bronze Lions After Canova

After Antonio Canova (1757-1822)
A pair of late 19th century, French, bronze lions after Canova. The well cast and chased lions, one sleeping, the other vigilant, lying on stepped Egyptian green onyx bases. Cast after the Lions lying at the base of Pope Clement XIII tomb created by Canova.
